Yes, we charge a $75 call-out fee to cover the time and travel for our technician to inspect your system. However, if you approve a repair during the same visit, the fee is waived for qualifying repairs.

All of our work is backed by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty that covers all installation and labor performed by our technicians. If the same issue reappears within that time, we’ll return and make it right at no additional charge.
If a part or system component itself fails due to a manufacturer defect, that’s covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This way, both your repair and installation quality and your equipment reliability are protected.
